For over a decade, I’ve been working as a destination wedding photographer in Alicante Costa Blanca, capturing weddings for couples travelling from the UK, Ireland, Europe and beyond to say “I do” under the Spanish sun.
If you’re looking for clear answers, peace of mind, and a photographer who blends experience with a relaxed, natural style — keep reading.

1. Availability & Booking with Your Destination Wedding Photographer in Alicante Costa Blanca
How do we secure our date?
Easy: with 25% of the total package you choose. That’s your key to locking in my calendar so no one else can take your date.
When and how should we pay the deposit?
As soon as you’ve booked your venue and confirmed the date. Don’t wait for “next week” — I’ve had couples call me heartbroken because, while they were thinking, another couple booked their day.
What if we change the date or cancel?
If you change the date, your 25% deposit moves to the new one (subject to my availability). If you cancel, it’s non-refundable: that date has been reserved for you and I’ve turned away other work.
As a goodwill gesture, I offer a couple’s photo session during one of your future visits to Spain, so you still take home memorable images together.
When do we pay the rest?
Split into four easy parts:
- 25% to reserve the date
- 25% one month before the wedding
- 25% the week of the wedding
- 25% upon delivery of the final work
This way, you avoid paying large sums too far in advance and we minimise any risk if there are last-minute travel or booking changes.

2. Coverage – What to Expect from Your Costa Blanca Wedding Photographer
Will you personally be there on the wedding day?
Always. I don’t send a random “team” you’ve never met. If something serious stopped me (illness, accident), I have trusted photographers who would cover your day in my style and under my conditions.
How many hours do you cover?
From getting ready (around 3 hours before the ceremony) until 30–40 minutes after the first dance and first drinks. When the party becomes a repeat of the same dance floor scenes, my work naturally wraps up… unless you want me to stay longer.
Can we extend coverage?
Of course. If you want the welcome dinner, the next-day brunch, or an all-night party until sunrise, we’ll arrange it in advance.
Do you work alone or with a team?
- Intimate weddings: just me, camera in hand.
- With video: I bring a dedicated videographer.
- Large events or drone: I add a third professional to keep everything smooth.

3.Delivery & Timelines for Your Destination Wedding Photographer in Alicante Costa Blanca
How many photos do you deliver and in what format?
A preview of 10–15 images within 24/48 hours so you can have your “Look at this!” moment with friends and family.
The rest:
- Full Galery Photos: within 2 weeks
- Video: within 2 months, even in high season
Do you include an album?
Extra Optional. You choose the images, I design it, you approve it before printing, and it’s shipped to your country. Click here to view an example.

4. Experience & Style – Why I’m Your Best Option
What types of ceremonies have you worked on?
Everything: civil ceremonies at private estates, church weddings, beach or mountain elopements, vineyard weddings… if you can say “yes” there, I’ve probably been.
Your style?
Emotional photojournalism: telling the story exactly as it happened, without forcing moments. Real colours, great light, and a cinematic touch. If you have a preferred style, I adapt.
Do you accept a special shot list?
Yes — and I recommend it. Once, a bride asked me for “a photo with my grandmother on the dance floor wearing heart-shaped sunglasses”… it became the family favourite.

5. Logistics & Locations Across Alicante and Costa Blanca
Do you know the best photo spots?
Yes. Light and framing matter more than the exact spot. I’ve created cover-worthy shots in places most people would walk past.
Some favourite venues & locations:
Alingui Castle San Miguel de Salinas
Parador del Mar Menor Murcia
Can we meet beforehand?
Absolutely. Video call or in person (my studio is just 2 km from Alicante Airport).
Contact me via WhatsApp.
Do you coordinate with other vendors?
Always. I work smoothly with planners, florists, musicians, and caterers to keep the day running perfectly.

6.Extras & Pricing for Your Alicante Costa Blanca Destination Wedding
Can we hire only photos or only video?
Yes, but I always recommend the same team handles both for seamless style and workflow.
Do you charge travel within Costa Blanca?
Within Alicante: included. The premium package also includes Valencia and Murcia.
Do you offer drone shots?
Yes, if the venue, local regulations, and weather allow. We’ll discuss it together.
Can you stay longer if the party runs late?
Yes, if agreed in advance or if the moment calls for it. Extra hours mean extra work in post-production, so we’ll agree on a fair cost.
